Outfitted with a magnification and objective lens combination preferred by hunters, birders, and outdoor enthusiasts, the Alpen Optics 10×42 Apex XP ED Waterproof Binoculars will be your go-to optic for all outdoor activities in any weather conditions.

Upgraded from the standard Apex series, the XP ED line features extra-low dispersion (ED) fluoride glass lenses in addition to the proprietary PXA phase-correcting prism coatings and HR metallic covered reflective prism surfaces that maximize light transmission and boost clarity and contrast. The prism coatings are complemented by anti-reflection fully multicoated optics which provide bright, clear, high-contrast views with accurate color rendition free from distortion or color fringing. The 42mm objectives gather all the light needed to keep views crisp and bright in challenging conditions, such as at dawn and dusk, without being overly bulky or cumbersome. Their wide field of view helps to minimize the distracting hand-shake that is common with high-power optics and reduces side-to-side head movement while providing both comfortable eye relief and a wide exit pupil.

• Twist-up rubber eyecups for comfortable use with or without eyewear
