There is nothing to dislike about this hood. It works well with my 16mm wide angle lens

It’s a lens hood, what can you say? I do like it, it fits both my 16mm and nifty 50mm R lenses. I especially like the snap-in, button release latch design to help reduce the risk of having it fall off.

Unfortunately Canon still does not supply a lens hood with their non-L series lenses. This hood does the job.

The hood installed easily and does what it is supposed to – shade and protect the lens. It is a bit expensive but necessary.

Simple but perfect fit

This small hood is invaluable during outdoor shoots. Cheaper hoods are available, but none provide the perfect fit comes with the EW-65C lens hood.
